Support Grace’s Guiding Light of Hospice Care

As one of the last non-profit hospices in our community, we rely on the financial support of people like you to ensure that every patient and family can benefit from the unique programs and services that make us so special: music, massage and pet therapy; legacy work; Touch of Grace special requests; and extended grief support for loved ones. While these programs are not covered by insurance, we believe they are absolutely essential to end-of-life care and are committed to making them a lasting part of our work.

Your partnership ensures that we can provide this care to every person who needs us, regardless of their ability to pay. With your support and generosity, Grace Hospice can continue to be the guiding light of hospice care in the greater Twin Cities area. We are so very grateful.
